We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth workflows by managing data entry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting AR (Accounts Receivable) operations through timely communication with customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry of customer and financial information into company systems.
Proactively initiate outbound calls and send follow-up emails to customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or provide account updates.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support AR processes.
Provide professional, responsive communication to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prioritize and coordinate high-volume tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
